Password suggestion inline to password filed dismisses on scroll

The extension's password suggestion that expands into the password generator is bugging out. If it renders on the page and is cropped below the fold of the active viewport, it will get dismissed if the user scrolls to see the rest of the UX.

    You can actually repro it on this website - it's just ANY scroll action that dismisses the extension UX that renders into the DOM. It's just exacerbated if the login form is right at the bottom of the viewport.
