Password won't work, can work admin reset?

My password suddenly won't work. No idea why. I'm pretty sure I'm putting it in right and I've tried several variations. I have a free personal(family) account because my work pays for 1password. The only options I see are a family administrator or team organizer can reset. Does that mean my workplace's IT could send me a recovery code?

If it's your work account your admin/owner can likely help you recover your account. The same would also be true for your personal account provided there is another owner in the family who could help you with that account.
