Is there no way to open a support ticket any more?

Old time user here. Used to be you could open a ticket from in the app. I was having some kind of issue week before last, and I couldn't find the button on iOS or macOS.

Is this it, is it just the forum now?

    thanks, I was looking for this as well. I haven't had any issues in the last years, but is the forum different or more quiet than before?

    We've had less coverage of the forum over the holidays but that should ramp up again now that the holiday period is over. 🙂
