Which users are affected bij SSO, and can you manually push SSO to these users?
I've recently helped a customer set up their SSO with Entra ID. The setup itself is working fine, all tests run we're completed successfully.
There are currently 4 users in the environment. All of which are in the owners, or the administrators group. I already know that the administrators group is excluded of SSO, because of security reasons. But everyone who is in the owners group, didn't receive an invitation to configure SSO. So I'm curious, is the Owners group also excluded from the SSO? And should these users have received an invitation anyway?
And if these users should have been invited, should the administrator be able to manually invite users to setup their SSO? Cause if the owners group should have been invited, we would like to re-invite these users.
The users are currently only using the browser extension. The app will be deployed in a later stage. Thanks in advance for any answers!

Hello @robinvd! 👋
Thank you for reaching out! People in the Owners group can't unlock 1Password using SSO. This prevents them being locked out of the account or losing any data. You can read more here:
Our article on how to setup SSO can be found here: Set up 1Password Unlock with SSO
