Yubikey not working on MacOS

I have been setting up Yubikeys as a 2FA on my 1Password account and I cannot get them to work on MacOS. They work fine with iOS (iPhone and iPad) as well as on the web login but on Mac OS they don't work. I have already tried un-installing everything (incl. deleting all the Application Support files and Preferences) but still the same problem. Any ideas? Thank you very much

    I'm sorry that you're running into trouble with your YubiKeys on your Mac. To clarify: have you already added your YubiKeys to your 1Password account using this guide: Use your security key as a second factor for your 1Password account

    If you have, and you're now trying to sign into 1Password, then can you tell me the following:

    1. Are you trying to add your account to the 1Password for Mac desktop app?
    2. What specific error message do you receive?

    Hi Dave,
    Exactly, I have added the YubiKeys on my 1Password account. I already have my account in the 1Password app, it asks my to authenticate to keep syncing but it never gets beyon the authentification screen no matter what I try. I have tried it with my Titan Key and the YubiKeys. If I go on iOS it works perfectly.
    I never get beyond the screen above. It also works with the browser extensions, the only issue I have is with the MacOS app. I have already tried resetting the app and re-installing the app but nothing seems to work.

    Thank you for the reply and for the screenshot. So that I can investigate further, I'd like to ask you to reproduce the issue one more time and then create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    Please send the entire file.
