Are all vaults active simultaneously in that all saved logins can be accessed whenever needed? If I have a vault of items shared with my wife and another of work items, I want to be able to access the work items from my browser while the domestic vault is "active."

Perhaps more importantly, ultimately the shared access to saved items in 1Password should be on a per-item basis and dependent on vaults, and should update automatically when a user makes changes.
