dropbox does not appear to be in sync

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have set up the program as instructed to use dropbox.
under preferences/general/1password data it says "C:\Users\Louise\Dropbox\1Password\1Password.agilekeychain"

When I loginto dropbox to see my passwords, there are 21 logins stored.
when i open the user interface for 1password on my PC, there are 62 logins stored

why aren't all my passwords being saved in dropbox? WHen i am away from home my understanding is that I should be able to go to dropbox to find my passwords.

    Have you tried to repair your 1Password Data? File > Repair 1Password Data

    "Your password1 data is healthy. no errors or problems have been found"

    At this point, all I can think of is to ask that you get the latest version of 1Password and see if that helps.

    Have you tried the File > Repair 1Password Data command that Stefan mentions, above?
