Site that worked in 1Password 3 doesn't fill from 1Password 4 Safari extension
I just upgraded and the first login I tried did nothing from the web browser. I tried the steps in the "fails to load data" page. Other logins seem to be working, and I can copy the user name and password manually from the 1Password4 application and paste them into the web page, but this was not a good first impression. I guess maybe that website has some different text entry technique that 1Password 4 has forgot how to work with?

Hi @davemac616,
I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.
Thanks so much for including the website that you're having issues with in your original post. I was able to create a working Login using these steps:
- Visit the site and fill in the fields you want filled. Do NOT click the login button.
- Click the 1Password extension, and unlock it if necessary
- Click the gear icon (or vault icon if multiple vaults are enabled) in the upper right corner.
- Select Save new login.
- Give the entry a unique and identifiable title.
- Click Save.
- Revisit the site and see if 1Password fills in the site correctly.
Please try this and if things still aren't behaving, please tell me exactly where you're running into trouble, including what you expect to happen, and what actually happens, and we'll investigate further :)

I'm getting the same problem with https://www.xojo.com.
1Password fills in the login details and Xojo rejects them. If I leave the username and copy the password it (usually) works. Occasionally it doesn't.
I've tried turning off the auto submit but that doesn't work either.Am I doing anything wrong?

Hi Jack,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this website. Thanks so much for including the URL here. Now, I'm not able to much testing because I don't have an actual account here, so obviously I get rejected no matter what. :)
Could you test something for me? Please disable 'Animate form filling' and let me know if that makes a difference. We're currently tracking a bug where this setting can cause problems, and I'd love to see if it makes a difference here too.
If you are still unable to Login correctly, let me know, and we'll do some further investigating.
