Upgrade to family license after buying single user license in App Store

I bought a single user license for 1Password 4 through the App Store. How do I upgrade to the family license (5 users)?

    As @Megan answered in App Store -> Family License?:

    … to get the equivalent of a family license through the Mac App Store, you can login to your family's Macs with your AppleID and download 1Password for them. :)
