TSP (Thrift Savings Plan) login

Trying to set up TSP login. The login page has 3 fields. 1 for account number ****or**** username...and then the password. The problem is the program loads both the account number field and the username with my username. The TSP system will accept the username or the account number, but not both. How can I resolve this issue?

    The usual recommended solution for this sort of problem is to save a new login manually. Does that work for you on the problem site?

    I've encountered the same problem and no, manually logging in didn't help. I deleted my old TSP login (which used my acct. #) and manually logged in using my new username, but 1Password does not give me the prompt to save it. I deleted the new login and tried again with my acct. # but, again, 1Password would not give me the prompt to save. Now I cannot use 1Password on the site. :(

    UPDATE: Success! 1) deleted my previous TSP logins; 2) clicked on the 1Password "key" in the browser menu; 3) clicked on the "gears" icon; 4) clicked "Logins"; 5) deleted TSP in the "Don't autosave on these domains:" then 5) logged in using my new Username and was finally prompted to save it. Now works fine. :)>-

    Hurray for your success with the TSP logins!

    I'm not quite sure how you got from step 3 to 4 and 4 to 5 but am glad to hear it all worked out. :)
