1Password 4.0.8 not synching with Dropbox

Hello,
I have 2 macs and 1 iOS device (iphone 5), and my mac which is using the mac app 4.0.8 will not synch properly using Dropbox. I have tried restarting, forcing a synch, etc. But it does not have all the logins.
My iPhone has them all. My mac running an older version of the mac app has them all.
I see that many people are having this problem, but I haven't been able to see any posts showing a solution.

    I should comment - the only way I can get it to successfully synch is to disconnect it from Dropbox and then reconnect it. Not an ideal workflow. A fix would be nice.

    It may not provide an immediate answer to your problem, but is there any reason why you're not running the current version of 1P4 (4.1.2 from the Mac App Store, 4.1.3 from the AgileBits store)? There have been plenty of changes since 4.0.8 so updating may well help you.
