Bug: UI error in Organize Tab in 4.5b30

I organise all my 1P logins using Tags. I don't use Folders.

In 4.5b30 there is a large empty space in the Organize tab for Folders, which do not exist in my 1P database. Also, when I scroll down my Tags are "cut-off".

Tapping the "Edit" button twice rectifies the issue:

    Thanks for putting the newly named Organize tab through its paces. I've made a note of the issues you outlined above on our punch list for version 4.5 and we'll get it taken care of!
