HELP: I can't unlock sites with my favourite shortcut

I've recently updated my Mac OS to Mavericks and upgraded 1password to 4. Everything is working EXCEPT I can no longer open my locked sites with my favourite shortcut: Command + \ I went into preferences and set this up under Feature shortcuts but it's STILL not working! Can anyone give me any suggestions. I've used this software for the last four years and my habits are pretty engrained! Thanks.

    I'm so sorry to hear that ⌘\ isn't working for you right now - believe me, I'm completely shortcut dependent, and I'd be lost without it. In 1Password 4 the shortcut is a bit different than in 1Password 3. In 1Password 4, ⌘\ will fill a Login on the current page if you only have one Login saved for that particular page. If you have more than one, 1Password Mini will pop up to let you choose which Login you'd like to fill with. If you are not on a page that has a username and password field, the Mini will open to let you select a Login.

    To get a better idea of what is happening on your system, could you tell me what is happening when you are pressing ⌘\? The more detail you can provide (including what you expect to happen, and what actually happens), the more quickly we'll be able to get to the bottom of this. :)
