Is this bug reproducible?

Yes

Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices?

I've tested this on iPhone 5c.

A quick summary of the bug:

After tapping the 'Edit' button on the 'Categories' tab, the categories all slide to the right as if to make room for a delete button that isn't there (and shouldn't be). The only change to this view in edit mode should be that the grip icons for reordering the list should be visible, which does work as expected.

Detailed Step-by-step instruction on how to reproduce it:

  1. Open 1Password
  2. Tap the 'Categories' tab
  3. Tap the 'Edit' button. The categories slide to the right unnecessarily.
