Some Passwords Not Sync'ing

I have 1Password on three Macs, and a password created on one is not making it to other devices (including iPhone). Only seems to be one login and one credit card recently created, but they're not showing up anywhere else. How should I troubleshoot?

    Although I can't answer your question from the information you have provided it will help others do so if you let us know:

    1. the version number of 1P4 for OS X you are using (as well as your OS X version number);
    2. the version number of 1P4 for iOS you are using (as well as your iOS version number);
    3. critically, how you are trying to sync (wi-fi, Dropbox or iCloud).

    Sync via Dropbox

    I only have access to two of the Macs (both 10.9.1) right now, they're both on 1P 4.1.2 (412009)
    iOS (7.0.4) is on 1P 4.3.2

    Hi Clay,

    I'm wondering if you might have come across this bug: 1Password 4.1 Losing Sync Permissions after System Restart. Please re-set sync in Preferences > Sync. This will re-write the permissions and get things syncing.

    Please let me know if you're still seeing issues after resetting sync and we'll investigate further.

    thanks. i'm going to switch i icloud sync. i assume this means that i won't have the ability to access the web-based version in dropbox if I delete the data - is there similar functionality in icloud?

    Hi Clay,

    1PasswordAnywhere is only available when syncing with Dropbox. There is no similar functionality with iCloud, as there is no web interface on iCloud.com for third party apps.
