Hi, b9 build20140124, in samsung galaxy note3 4.4.2 KitKat.
Normal: the application can automatic syncing after unlocking by master password.
BUG?: the application unable to automatic syncing after unlocking by quick unlock code.

    I would like to try to reproduce this issue on my end. Do you experience this problem when you change the keychain from another device or when you change it in 1Password 4 beta on Android?
