1Password extension prevents login

On this website — https://www.bxsmortgageservicing.com — if I have the 1Password extension enabled, it prevents me from logging in. The form information is filled properly by the extension, but the login button is ineffectual, as is pressing <Return>.

If I turn off the extension, reload the page, and manually enter the information, I can login just fine.

I've examined the entry for this site, and it is sparse, with only username, password, URL, and display & auto-submit enabled.

Any ideas on what else I can do to get the extension to work with this site?

    Hi @Alphaman,

Thanks so much for including the URL in your original post. I've done some testing here and I was able to create a Login that behaves correctly by using these steps:

    • Edit the login that you currently have for this website by appending an "Old" to the title - just so you can tell them apart.
    • Visit the site and fill in the fields you want filled. Do NOT click the login button.
    • Click the 1Password extension, and unlock it if necessary
    • Click the gear icon (or vault icon if multiple vaults are enabled) in the upper right corner.
    • Select Save new login.
    • Give the entry a unique and identifiable title.
    • Click Save.
    • Revisit the site and see if 1Password fills in the site correctly.

Let me know if this new Login works any better!
