Time Machine did NOT make a backup of the 1Password4 keychain and the Dropbox was NOT updated

Hi,

I've made a full backup using time machine (14/02/2014). Then, because I was trusting on 1Password sync using Dropbox, I just reinstalled everything erasing my hard drive. When I asked 1Password to use the Dropbox file, I realized that the passwords were not the last versions! Now I found some _zip files in my Time Machine Backup, but even the 1Password backup file with the same date of my Time Machine backup is NOT updated.

Could someone help me with some terminal-fu magic to recover my passwords?????
