Extension Warning in Safari

I deleted the old extension in Safari on my Mac and installed the extension in for 1Password 4, but I'm continually getting warnings that an old extension is present. I have double and triple checked in preferences, but the new extension is the only one there.
How do I stop the warnings?

    Hi @hartofak,

    I'm sorry that Safari keeps warning you about having the old 1Password extension installed. One reason that can happen is when another user account is logged in on your Mac who's still running 1Password 3 and its Safari extension. Could you check if that's why you're seeing the extension warning in your account? And if no one is actively using 1Password 3 then removing its extension from every account should resolve that issue. Please let us know if that helps. :)
