Forgot master password, cannot create new database

I forgot my master password, so I deleted my password file, uninstalled 1Password, and re-downloaded it.
However, when I launch 1Password it still asks me for my existing password (which I do not know)
Additionally, I was using Dropbox Sync – I deleted the password file from Dropbox, but now 1Password displays this:
One point of confusion is that I was using my Password file on multiple computers, I know the password to access 1Password on one of my computers, but my other computer – the one discussed above – won't accept my password that works on my other computer. I don't remember the old password.
