1Password 4.2.2 Mac

I am not able to sync the latest version (4.2.2) with iCloud or Dropbox.
When I try to Sync with iCloud, I get "1Password found existing data in iCould. It will be merged with your current vault" msg with a spinning progress wheel. Pressing the start Syncing button turns blue when I press it, but not changes occur. It has been at least 20 min in that state.

When I try to Sync with Dropbox, I get the drop down box that says Dropbox app is installed and Dropbox app is running.
I am unable to "choose vault of folder." when I press that selection, it turns a darker gray, but nothing else. I can press the cancel button and it cancels out, but the continue button is unavailable (greyed out)

My iOS devices sync fine, but my MBPro does not. I am running OSX 10.9.2. on my late 2012 MBPro.

Thanks for your support in advance.

    Hi @loco335,

I'm sorry you're having trouble configuring iCloud and Dropbox syncing with 1Password 4.2.2.

To resolve the iCloud sync issue, please give this a try:

    • Temporarily disable Documents and Data under System Preferences > iCloud:

    • Restart your Mac

    • Re-enable Documents and Data under System Preferences > iCloud
    • Wait at least 20 minutes for iCloud data to finish resyncing to your Mac
    • Configure iCloud syncing in 1Password 4

After that, iCloud syncing should be active, e.g.:

To resolve the Dropbox sync issue, here's what to try:

    • Make sure you've chosen your Dropbox folder for the location after selecting choose vault or folder:

    • Next, when creating a new vault (keychain), you should see a screen like this:

    • Verify that it will use the correct location, click Continue, then Start Syncing:

After that Dropbox syncing should be active, e.g.:

If you're still stuck after that, please send us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic, to support+forum@ agilebits .com. A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful.

Once we see the report we'll be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
