Multiple password fields on one page
I use a website with three fields for "Merchant ID", "User ID", and "Password". I can't get 1Password to fill in the correct information in the correct fields. What is the process to set this up? It does not automatically remember the correct sequence when I fill in the fields manually and save the settings in 1Password 4 in my Safari browser.

Hi @rjosef,
Have you tried saving a new login manually following these instructions:
Saving a new Login manually
If that doesn't work, please let me know the URL of the login page, and I'll test it here. :)

I have a similar problem and saving a new login manually doesn’t seem to help. The URL is https://www.leumi-card.co.il/ and the fields are “username”, “password”, and “ID#”. 1Password only fills in two out of the three fields

Hi @katzy,
I'm seeing the same as you on the main page - 1Password doesn't fill correctly. However, if you follow @JasperP's steps above to manually save a new Login on this page - https://online.leumi-card.co.il/Anonymous/Login/CardHoldersLogin.aspx?sourceGA=myAccountMainBanner - all your details should be filled in!
I hope this helps, but we're here if you have any further questions or concerns. :)

Hi Megan,
That did the trick. Thanks so much!

@Megan and @sjk -- I followed the instructions that you provided, and it worked. Not to be ungrateful, I am one of those people who like to understand why something works now, and did not before. What changed? I compared the two entries side-by-side and could not find any difference, yet one works and the other does not!
Can you shed some light?

Hi @jewettg,
Check in the web form details for both Logins, see if the field names in the first column changed. If yes, the site changed their form names and 1Password couldn't match it. If not, it is deeper than that and in which case, it is likely our improvements to the algorithms in the extension.
Often, we release updates to the extension that includes improvements to our saving algorithm that is smarter about how to save data more accurately. You should also expect a major improvement in this area in the upcoming 4.3 version as well. The problem is that sometime because our algorithm is smarter, your older items doesn't have enough data to help us fill more accurately. It's a chicken and egg issue where we make our extension smarter but the items have to be re-saved to save more data in order to take advantage of it.
