Trouble sharing dropbox vault with coworkers on PCs

I bought licenses for my entire office and we are all now on 1password. But it doesn't seem like they can add logins to the vault. We are having a lot of trouble with this, and it's left us with unsynced vaults.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. Unfortunately, I'm going to need a bit more information i order to help get this straightened out:

    • Please let me know the version numbers of 1Password and your operating systems for all computers and devices currently running 1Password.
    • What are you using to keep the database in sync between all these computers?
    • Is there one computer that has a complete version of the database, or are there different entries on each machine that will need to be merged?

    Once we know a bit more about your situation, we should be able to get you synced up in no time!
