Cannot login to portable firewall device.

Hello,

I recently purchased a portable firewall (tiny hardware firewall vpn client @ http://tinyhardwarefirewall.com/). To configure the device, it is connected to my mac via the ethernet port. I was given a default user name and password. After connecting to the device, I then generated a password using 1Password Version 4.1.2 (412009). The device confirmed my password as changed. However, I can no longer access the device. When attempting to connect to the device, a dialog box pops up in Firefox asking for my user name and password:

The 1Password app will not fill the dialog box. And then, when attempting to do it manually by cutting and pasting the generated password from the 1Password app, the login fails. I know that my correct password must be in 1Password and I never changed the user name. I tried to generate and save a total of 3 passwords. None of them will access the device. If I cannot find/recover the password back, I will have to send the device back to the manufacturer to re-flash the device.

What do you suggest? By the way, I also emailed support directly, but have not heard back yet, so I entered the same question here.
