Random Numbers During Initial Import

I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not.... I didn't see anything specifically about it, but when I do my initial import the sync numbers fluctuate wildly. See video here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/n902gczgcolendu/2014-03-21 at 13.57.26.mov

Is there a different place to report bugs than the forum, or is this the best place?
