Syncing between Windows and Mac Fails

Hello, I've using 1password for mac and for windows long time ago, also ios and android versions, syncing all of them via dropbox. I'm not sure if it happened in the past, but now I'm seeing items on mac version that doesn't show on windows an iOS versions. I've tried to resync via dropbox, move the dropbox sync folder, etc. with no success. Also I've tried to 're-create' sync from a backup, with no success. It's strange because several recent items does sync, and several not (most of them secure notes). I don't use attachments on my items.

Versions:

mac: 4.1.2
windows: 1.0.9.340
ios and android: last offical versions via app store

    Hi @Hortigosa,

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with successfully Dropbox syncing all of your 1Password data between some of your systems/devices.

    Please give this a try:

    • Add a uniquely titled Secure Note item on each system/device and make sure syncing has completed.

    • Log in to 1PasswordAnywhere and let us know which items (if any) are missing there.

    • Check each system/device and let us know which items (if any) are missing on which system/device.

    That will help us better isolate what isn't working properly, then we can further troubleshooting from there. Thanks!
