Custom icons being messed up by default border

Hi, I just purchased 1Password 4 for my Mac, and am in the process of migrating my passwords (painfully one by one) from eWallet.

I could find a lot of image resources on the web that are high res and would be perfect as icons for certain accounts, and it looks decent when I am in the Edit screen:

But when I click "Save", the icon changes instantly - it gets cropped and has an ugly border around it:

Is there something I'm missing? How do I prevent this when saving?

    Hi @quadquattro‌,

    Thanks for providing such a detailed report here. We've heard of custom icons creating a white border before, and have an open issue in our tracker about this. I've added your details there, and requested that we look into allowing for a card-sized icon instead of our standard square.
