No identities after upgrading to 1password4 [Resolved]

I have just purchased 1password4 (though the app store) and it is currently not working.
I use dropbox for my keychain and 1Password 3 is still working fine, but there is nothing in 1Password4.

I have checked the sync settings in 1Password4 and it is actually using an incorrect location for the keychain. I have tried copying the keychain from the original location to the location specified in 1Password4, but this does not work either.

Hi @adamhughes,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting 1Password set up here. Instead of moving the keychain itself, let's point 1Password at the keychain in it's current location:

• In Preferences > Sync, select 'Change Sync'
• Do not check the box to delete the data from Dropbox, and select 'Confirm'
• Select Dropbox sync again
• Select the 1Password.agilekeychain file that holds your data in its original location.

This should populate all your data, please let me know if you're still having trouble after this, and we'll investigate further!

Cheers I managed to work it out in the end. I did exactly what you had suggested and it allowed me to point 1password to the correct location and has worked.

This issue is fixed, is there anything I need to do to mark it as fixed ?
