Safari extension omits some passwords in main app

1Password4's Safari extension seems to have randomly dropped passwords that are in the desktop app. Noticed it twice in the last two days. Running the latest version of Mac OS, installed some time ago, before I noticed this problem. Suggestions?

    Hi @miwine,

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Safari extension right now. Could you provide a bit more detail about what you're seeing here? In 1Password 4, the extension and the main app both access your database directly, so there should be no difference in the information that you see in the extension and what you see in the main app.

    Please let me know what version number of 1Password you are currently running as well. :)
