How to initiate a new sync with Dropbox

I'm trying to verify proper syncing between iOS devices and iMac via Dropbox. Changed an item on iPad and want to see if it synced properly with iMac. How do I make 1PassWord on the mac do a new sync? Is there a sync button somewhere?

    Hi @rtruble‌

    With Dropbox, a sync will happen immediately when a data change is noticed. Did the item from your iPad not appear on your iMac?
