Sync Issue Involving MacBook Air
I am experiencing a syncing issue on my wife's MacBook Air. Besides the laptop, she also has an iPad and iPhone, all of which are operating with current software, and iCloud is established as the sync source. What I've noticed repeatedly on the laptop is this: when I access the Sync tab of the Preferences window, no source is selected. If I attempt to choose iCloud, I get the message that it "cannot be used as a source and there is no additional information available about the problem." If I quit and relaunch 1P4, and then reattempt the selection, the message indicates that onepassword_data has been found and then syncying occurs as expected. Since I've had to do this a number of times, what I don't know is how soon I'll have to do it again.
Additional information that could be pertinent is that besides my wife, I have my own user account on this laptop. And, because I also use a PC, I am using Dropbox as my sync source. Thus I'm wondering if this is a potential conflict. Any help resolving this will be most welcomed. Cheers.

Hi @bwofford
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting 1Password synced up here. Let's try and reset iCloud sync to see if that gives things a proper kickstart.
On your iOS devices, open 1Password 4 for iOS, tap Settings > Sync, and toggle iCloud to OFF.
On the Mac, open 1Password 4 for Mac, and click the 1Password menu, then Preferences. Click Sync, and click Change syncing.
Check the box to remove the data from iCloud and confirm that you want to disable sync.
Restart the Mac and iOS devices.
On the Mac, go back to the Sync preferences, and enable iCloud.
Wait about 20 minutes to give iCloud time to run the initial sync to all devices.
Go back into the iOS app and re-enable iCloud sync. It should work this time.
If you're still having difficulties after resetting sync, we'll of course investigate further!
