Item count different across devices but test changes are being sync'd
Latest versions on two macs, iPhone and iPad, iCloud sync
Noticed that item counts were different across devices. 605 on the two macs, 607 on iPhone 611 on iPad.
I did some test changes which were instantly sync'd across all four devices, but item counts still wrong.
Tried turning sync off and on on iOS devices, tried force quitting and restarting the iOS devices....item count still wrong.
Used the (new?) "erase data" option on the iOS devices, relaunched 1P and both iOS devices quickly repopulated with the correct item count.
Hope this was a "one-off" but it is typical of the type of problem I get with 1P since version 4. Fantastic program when it's working, but it has become "high maintenance" for me.

I'm sorry to hear that you were also experiencing syncing trouble, but I'm glad to hear you were able to get it working again.

Once we take a look at the Diagnostics report, we will also make sure that everything is set up properly for syncing.
