How does one go from the "Z" items in logins to the "B" items? How does one go to top/bottom quickly without having to swipe the page forever? I.e., how does one turn on the sidebar index (similar to the iPad screen)?

    Press the letter that you wish to navigate to on your keyboard.

    ⌥↑ or ⌥↓

    This isn't something available on the Mac app.

    Ah ha ... press the letter but NOT in the Search box - duh ...

    Alt up/down arrow ... that was not intuitive to me.
