cannot load keychain profile

Hey there,

I was seeing a 1Password error message pop up all the time so I uninstalled it, and installed 1Password 4.

Download was successful, and in setup it's telling me it can see my records in Dropbox.

However, when it asks me for my master password I get an error message: "cannot load keychain profile"

I see others have had this problem, but I can't see a way to troubleshoot myself without your help... so here I am! How do I get passed this?
