Tags section not visible in sidebar of secondary vaults [resolved]

I am a new user and just installed 4.4 on Mavericks. I am seeing my tags on my primary vault sidebar, but I don't get a tags section when I switch t a secondary vault. Most of the items in my secondary vault are transferred from my primary vault, but even newly created items with new tags are not showing up.

    Disregard - after clicking around a bit, the TAGS label appeared along with a show button. :\">
