I ran an Avast system scan on my Mac. The output report warns that the following file is corrupted:

/Applications/1Password.app/Contents/Library/LoginItems/2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper.app/Contents/Resources/helper-door-lock-glow-3.tiff|>

Do I need to care about this? Is there something I should do? Thx

    Hi @pomme4moi,

Thanks for letting us know! I scanned the file, it confirms there isn't anything wrong with the file that could flag it as a potential issue.

I also opened the file on my Mac:

It looks good, doesn't seem to be corrupted, this file is just an image of the door lock.

Generally, if the any of the files is modified in the app's folder, OS X will prevent you from opening the app and tell you the app has been modified. This is one of the benefits of sandboxing the app.

Can you try opening that file in Preview and see if it looks good?

Generally, what you can do is reinstall 1Password on your Mac to clear the corruption flag in Avast.

    Hi @pomme4moi‌,

That's great. I'd suggest either you reinstall the app to clear the corruption message or ignore it in Avast for now.
