"Automatically ask to save new Logins" dialog shouldn't be triggered by the Return key

Hi,

When "Automatically ask to save new Logins" set to true in the preferences, 1Password Chrome extension (I haven't confirmed this with other browsers' extension / add-on) listens too aggressively to the "press Return (Enter) key" event.
Hitting the Return key does not necessarily designate a submission of a form.

For the users of the Japanese language at least, the Return key is used by the input source front-end (Kotoeri) to accept a conversion of the typed phonetic characters to the proper display characters. So pressing the Return key should only insert the composed phrase into the text field and allow further composition while the user is typing in Japanese.

I hope you could consider altering the behaviour of the 1Password extension which is otherwise being really intrusive.
