Multiple Domain Mapping

Hi,
New to 1Password.
I have a few websites that use the same login system behind the scenes.
I could in theory create a Login item for each, but then changing the password means changing it everywhere.
Is there a way to link a Login item to multiple domain names?

    Thanks so much for choosing 1Password to keep your digital life secure and organized! It just so happens that you can add multiple URLs to a single Login item, so that you don't have to create and manage multiple items for that one Login.

    Simply paste the additional URLs below the original website:
