Site restrictions for acceptable passwords

Some sites, such as my bank, and my wireless phone carrier (Verizon), reject passwords chosen by 1Password. How do I remedy this?

    Most sites have restrictions on length of passwords and the characters that can be used. Unfortunately, many of them do not tell you what these restrictions are, even after you have chosen a password and it has been rejected. You just have to change the length and the recipe in the password generator until you get a password that is accepted.
