Won't Sync with Dropbox

I've followed the steps in the user guide to sync 1Password for Windows with Dropbox; however it will not sync. I also have 1Password for IOS and it seems to sync from my I-Phone fine. Any thoughts on how to get 1Password for Windows to sync with Dropbox?

It sounds like you have data in 1Password on your iPhone that you want to share and sync with 1Password for Windows. Is that correct?

If so, have you tried the steps in the "Getting 1Password data from iOS to Windows topic, here in the forum?
