How does licensing work

I have 1Password 4 for Mac (home) - do I need additional licenses for my IOS devices (iPad & iPhone) and my Windows PC (office) ??

    Licensing is on a per platform per user basis. So yes, you will need to purchase an iOS license and a Windows one too. As long as your iOS devices use the same AppleID, you'll only need one copy.

    There is a Mac-Windows bundle available on the AgileBits site, which would save you something. Since you already have a Mac license, I'm not sure how you go about adding the Windows license to the bundle, but I do know that the AgileBits folks can get you hooked up without having you buy a full price Windows copy.
