Deactivate Logins
As with the nature of the Internet, webapps and web services rise and fall. People also close, deactivate or delete online accounts as well.
I was wondering whether a 'deactivate login' feature would be fine. This would lead to the login disappearing from the main view (in Categories and Folders), but under Security Audit (perhaps), the deactivated logins would be fine.
This way, you can still see all the data that you've entered into the login for the website.

As a work around you might add the relevant logins to an archive folder, or tag them "archive"—and, at the same time, edit them and change the display field, near the bottom of the relevant items, to Never display in browser.
