Backing up to iCloud

I would like to be able to back up my Mac to iCloud so that I can sync my Mac, iPad and iPhone. Is this possible? I know I can do it for my iPad and iPhone.

    Hi @Carole,

    I'd be happy to help you out here, but I just want to confirm what your goals are here, because you mention two different features of 1Password. Now, 1Password does perform regular backups, but these are done to a default location and cannot be moved.

    If you would like keep your data synced between all your devices using iCloud, we can certainly do that. We've got a support article on iCloud sync that should guide you through the set-up process.

    It is important to ensure that you are logged in with the same iCloud account on all devices, and that Documents and Data is enabled as well.

    If you have 1P4 for OS X (which is a separate purchase from 1P4 for iOS) you can sync 1P4 between your Mac and your iDevices using iCloud. Is that what you mean when you refer to being able to "back up (your) Mac to iCloud"?
