Impossible to import from msecure

My am trying to import 500 different logins from my old password management app (Msecure) but every time I try to do it, it just says "imported 0 login, 0 missed" or something like that.
I tried exporting and importing 1, 2 a group, all of them... in both CSV formats.
Still nothing.
Could you please help me out, as it would be a huge hassle to manually import 500 logins.
