Blank backup window and failed adding backups

Hi, I saw a similar post, but the resolution steps were never illustrated in the post.
My Copy of 1p 4.4.1 on my desktop Mac says it's syncing with my MBP via iCloud, but many items don't show up In the desktop that are on the laptop.

I tried restoring from a backup of the vault on the laptop which failed. Also I see an empty backups pane, though there are backups in the folder. Adding any backup results in an error. I'm assuming these issues are all related? if not then how do I fix each one?

    Are you by any chance running OS X 10.8.5 on the laptop? If so non-display of backups is a known bug: see this thread.

    Sorry I can't help with your first problem but someone will be along soon who can, so don't despair!

    I have a couple things I would like you to check for iCloud sync.

    First, go to 1Password, and click 1Password menu > Preferences > Sync on both Macs to make sure they are both still set up to sync to iCloud.

    Second, go to System Preferences, and click on iCloud, then Account Details, and ensure both have the same Apple ID listed.

    Let me know what the results of each are.
