Disappearing mini icon from safari toolbar

The 1password mini icon has disappeared from my safari toolbar.

    Have you tried quitting and restarting Safari? If that does not work please tell us:

    1. The version number of 1P you are using.
    2. The version number of the 1P Safari extension.

    It seems that the recent OS X 10.9.5 update may have disabled Safari extensions.

    Can you confirm for me that the 1Password extension is installed and enabled in Safari's preferences (presuming you are using Safari)? If you're not using Safari, lease let me know which browser you are using. :)

    I'm running the beta extension in my screenshot, but the "Enable" checkbox will be in the same place even if you are using the stable version of the extension.
