I'm noticing some strange behavior with the new release (4.4.3). Suddenly, the username and password aren't filling in from either the Chrome browser plugin or the mini browser (menu bar) on many logins. This happens on some sites and not others. I didn't have this issue with earlier versions.

Another issue that has been around with several earlier releases is that when I use 1password to login, I am often prompted to update the login, when nothing was changed on the login - I simply logged in and was prompted to update the login. Kind of annoying.

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties filling your 1Password data. Sometimes websites update their login forms and as a result the form needs to be updated in 1Password as well. This could explain both issues. For the sites you are having trouble with, please try manually saving a replacement login:
