iCloud drive sync - sorry!

Hi I've read what I can about iCloud drive sync, but I can't work something out. I have 1pw 5 on ios8, and I am running 1pw 4.4.2 (MAS) on yosemite public beta 4. Both seem to be syncing to iCloud drive ok but not actually syncing. Am I right in thinking that sync is broken until 1pw 5 for Mac is available?

Yes thats correct, a work around is to temporarily switch to Dropbox syncing or Wifi, syncing.

Hi @gwpass,

iCloud or CloudKit Sync is not the same thing as iCloud Drive, they're two separate Apple services. In 1Password 5 for iOS and upcoming 1Password 5 for Mac, we're using the CloudKit sync, which means you need to be on iOS 8 and Yosemite to use it.

1Password 5 for Mac App Store is coming relatively soon after Yosemite is released. Once you update to it, your iCloud sync should start working between both the iOS 8 devices and Yosemite Macs.
