Chase Quickpay autofill not working
I'm having trouble getting Chase QuickPay to log in correctly with 1PW. The user name and password are correct, but when I let 1PW autofill, I get taken to a page that says that Chase QuickPay is down. If I manually type in the same information, the system works as expected. I tried deleting my existing 1PW entry and creating a new one, but I still am experiencing the same results. Does anyone have any idea why Chase might work this way and if there is a way that I could change my 1PW entry to work correctly with the site?
OSX 10.9.5, Safari 7.1, 1PW 4.4.2 (MAS version), Chase quickpay https://www.chase.com/index.jsp?pg_name=ccpmapp/shared/marketing/page/QuickPay

Hi @malt66,
That site seems to work fine for me (1Password fills the fields and logs me into my Chase account) so I'm not sure why it isn't working for you. Please try manually saving a new Login for that site by following the steps here: Saving a Login manually
If that doesn't help, try manually saving a new login again, but this time use the following URL as the sign-in page:
Does that make any difference?

I just upgraded to 1Password for Mac 5.0.2 and I have been extremely disappointed. I may try to download the older version. The app in Chrome and Safari will no longer autofill chase.com. I've had problems with others as well. My seek a refund of the $25 i just spent on crappy software.

@hingedthinker - I recently encountered trouble logging in to my Chase accounts, most likely because they made a change of some kind under the hood. For me the trouble was fixed by saving the record again manually, following this procedure: Saving a Login manually That's what @Drew_AG recommended in the post immediately above yours.

Hi @hingedthinker,
I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated with 1Password right now. Please let me know if saving a new login manually helps! If there are any other problems that you've had, of course we'd be happy to work through those with you as well. :)
