Copy password to easily erases clipboard password when trying to reveal

Loving 1Password so far. I've been spending a lot of time uniquing my passwords across the web.

Sometimes I have to add a password manually. I have now on two occasions accidentally clicked the copy button when I meant to select reveal.

At the time, a newly randomized password was in the clipboard and added to a new site. As a result, I lost the new site password and got locked out of my account. I had to perform a password recovery and start over.

Can we please make the UI more resilient to error when revealing passwords vs. copying them to the clipboard?

Even better would be to detect that a password-like string is in the clipboard and warn against overwriting it.

    Hi @jpap,

    If you used the password generator in 1Password mini (or extension), it should have created a new item in the Passwords category to save that new password. We have more information here: Recovering an unsaved password
